For travel between regions, confirm whether a remote first consultation can settle the scope before you arrange an in-person visit.
Compare the first stage of work
Ask each office to price the same task: an initial appointment, review of identified documents, a response or attendance. Confirm who performs the work, what is excluded and whether outside expenses or travel are additional. If there is a formal date, give it before booking and obtain confirmation of who is responsible for the next action.
